Thanks for chatting with me last night. You are easy to talk to and although there were some things that I realized in the moment were uncomfortable for me, almost to my own surprise I felt safe with sharing my vulnerabilities, opening up, and trying new things. Particularly the idea of verbalizing exactly what my needs and desires are, and asking if I can do X, without fear of rejection or feeling invalidated.
