I can feel it in my fingers.... I can feel it in my toes....

I remember when my naturopathic doctor told me how foods I was eating were causing inflammation.   How up to 2 days after I eat something, I might feel joint pain but no one thinks back to 48 hours ago and associates that with the pain they are having NOW!   Just like people don't realize that food poisoning can hit long after you eat the thing that made you sick... it's not always an immediate stomach ache or later that night issues....

I've always been more in touch with my body than average, and pretty good at distinguishing things that are not typical to be aware of within myself.

I started this and then wandered off to go do something, but on the way up the stairs, where it felt like getting up the stairs may not happen, I feel compelled to share this with you.

My ND also said that the  more you clean up your body from inflammation with diet and get the bad things out, the more you're going to notice it when you have the wrong thing, and it may even seem more painful than before.  Your body had previously gotten used to being a trash dump, and so once it's clean and shiny, it's going to put up more of a fight to get you back on track when you start throwing banana peels all over the floor...

I've been eating ultra clean the past 10 days or so.  Even fasted for about 3 or so days.  And so tonight, I went to a business meeting where they had what tasted like coconut shrimp, scallops wrapped in bacon, meatballs with some kind of sauce, chicken with a sauce,  possibly a crab-cake? skewers with {mushroom, pepper, mozzarella, apricot, olive, basil}

What did I eat?  Well those coconut shrimp were yummy but I'm wondering if they had some wheaty outside.... the meatballs could have been the culprits too....someone found them loathsome but I thought it was due to not being good Italian meatballs... I just figured they were meant to be they way they were with some very non Italian sauce.... shrimp and scallops and chicken couldn't have been hiding too many scoundrels, but those questionable crab cakes sure could have been hiding wheat...

But here I sit, and it hurts...before, I was just sitting typing and it hurt, then I went to go do some things and had to climb stairs, and it hurt SO much!   And even though I'm not even allergic to gluten,  I really seem to be boarding the train of gluten is NO good!  I used to think it was just a fad or something, but I've really learned my lesson...

Anyway the point is, I'm really just coming to realize that wheat in America is the 8th Wonder of the World in its ability to wreak havoc in our bodies!  I don't know what else could be causing this other than potentially wheat in all its inflammatory glory....
